Validation

God approved...

Validation comes from God. Your dreams, purpose, and destiny have already been affirmed and validated by God. Your purpose and dreams are not the responsibility of others. You don’t need the stamp of approval from those around you. If God said it, that’s all you need.

Getting caught up in people approving who and what you are doing will stifle your movement. Sometimes we won’t even make moves because we feel someone won’t like it. They don’t have to like it. They don’t even have to be happy for you. God has given the assignment to you, regardless of what others may think. Your assignment has specific followers: those who will be blessed from it, encouraged by it, and delivered through it. Your obedience will set people free. There is a life waiting on you to start and complete your assignment.

Fear breeds negative thoughts. Comparison robs you of the unique being God created you to be. Why do we wait on man to approve what God has ordained? We look for confirmation in people who do not understand what God is doing in our lives. We seek validation from those who will make us feel comfortable. Everything God has for you is waiting outside of your comfort zone. Comfort can have us bound. Comfort causes us to only move in familiar places. If we trust in God, He will lead us into new territory. People who’ve never seen it will doubt it and tell you it can’t be done. They won’t give you the approval you desperately need. They don’t understand the path that God has laid before you and THAT’S OK! If God wanted them to understand He would have explained it to them.

Is it hard not to seek approval from other people? Absolutely. We want the ones we love and care for to cheer us on. The reality of that is it may not happen. They may not give that support. They may not give you encouraging words. They may not even acknowledge the things you are doing in your life, but does that take away from your assignment? Absolutely not. We must learn that our journeys have moments of solitude. There will be times where we walk alone and times where we have a crowd. Just know that neither of those moments determines the validity of your assignment.

Trust in the promise. Believe in God’s word and the power of God that will manifest it. Trust in your ability to complete the assignment. He has equipped you with the tools you need. God’s validation is FINAL. YOU ARE GOD APPROVED!
